Beau Greaves: Doncaster thrower sees her streak of 114 consecutive wins ended by Fallon Sherrock in PDC Women's Series

Beau Greaves' astonishing run of 114 consecutive wins on the PDC Women's Series circuit came to an end with a 4-1 defeat against Fallon Sherrock as part of a double-header of events in Wigan on Saturday.

The three-time WDF World Darts Championship kicked off the tournament with a perfect weekend in Germany last month .

Greaves, , was looking to extend her streak but lost out to Sherrock in the second round of Event Five.

Sherrock averaged 102.12 to defeat Greaves 4-1 and would go on to reach the final, where she was beaten by veteran Lisa Ashton 5-3.

Greaves, a two-time women's World Matchplay champion, last tasted defeat on the Women's Series circuit against Gemma Hayter in April 2025.

Greaves quickly bounced back from the disappointment to win Saturday's second tournament, defeating Hayter 5-0 in the final of Event Six.

The 22-year-old conceded just six legs throughout the entire event, having averaged almost 99 in her opening round demolition of Laura van den Berg.

Hayter, herself, surrendered just a solitary leg in progressing to the Event Six decider, whitewashing Aileen de Graaf, Ashton and Sherrock before dispatching Noa-Lynn van Leuven 5-1 in the last four.

But Greaves proved too strong in the final, kicking off the contest with a magical 161 finish, before producing another 12-dart leg to wrap up proceedings as she averaged 101.55 in the whitewash victory.

The Women's Series action will continue with Events Seven and Eight, also in Wigan, on Sunday

The top three players from the final PDC Women's Series rankings will qualify to compete in the 2026/27 Paddy Power World Darts Championship, while the top eight players on the rolling 12-month rankings will compete in July's Betfred Women's World Matchplay.
